On December 3, the 7th Hainan Island International Film Festival (HIIFF), co-hosted by China Media Group and the People's Government of Hainan Province, grandly opened at the Grand Event Park on CCC Phoenix Island in Sanya. Themed "Ocean Breeds Infinity, Light and Shadow Without Bounds," this international film event attracted over 200 filmmakers, directors, and producers from 30 countries worldwide to gather and jointly embark on a romantic encounter between cinema and the ocean.
The opening ceremony was star-studded, with provincial and municipal leaders alongside numerous Chinese and international filmmakers attending the event, fully demonstrating the international influence of the festival and highlighting the strong appeal of CCC Phoenix Island as an important platform for international cultural exchange.
