On December 12, promotional posters for the 5th Hainan Island International Film Festival (HIIFF) were put up at the intersection of Hai Luo 1st Road and Phoenix Road, as a citizen walked past beneath the poster.
"I am really looking forward to the holding of the HIIFF!" at noon on December 12, citizen Chen Liyun said with emotion after getting off work and passing by Phoenix Road in Sanya, seeing the promotional banners hanging for the 5th HIIFF.
At present, across multiple main roads in Sanya, as well as at and around the venues of the 5th HIIFF, a strong festival atmosphere is being vigorously created through methods such as putting up promotional posters, hanging banners, and playing promotional short films.

"In a few days, we will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sanya while watching films with our family, fully experiencing the charm of cinema," said tourist Sun Yinfang from Chengdu, who was photographing the street scenes on Chunguang Road in Sanya with her family on the afternoon of December 12.

On that day, reporters saw on roads such as Chunguang Road and Yingbin Road in Sanya that relevant departments had提前 hung banners on the lampposts on both sides of the roads and put up promotional posters at intersections such as Hai Luo Road in Sanya, to promote the upcoming 5th HIIFF.
